About the LCAHB

The Lenawee County Association of Home Builders is a non-profit organization made up of builders, remodelers and other professionals associated with the building industry. Chartered in 1972, we are affiliated with the Michigan Association of Home Builders and the National Association of Home Builders.

The LCAHB represents the building industry for the mutual benefit of consumers, community and the association. We do this by:

Promoting professional standards and ethical behavior amongst our members;
Providing industry information and education to our membership and the public;
Forming partnerships with the county schools to encourage interest and provide opportunities in the building industry;
Participating in legislative issues at all levels of government; and
Providing quality member benefits.

The LCAHB goal is to provide for affordable home ownership and to continue to improve the building industry in order to benefit our community.
